The product you intend to return must have obvious packaging / printing defects. In this case, the replacement of the same item will be proposed, if the exchange with another item of the same value is not available, or the refund of the equivalent amount spent. The product to be replaced due to incorrect measurement is refundable except for shipping costs which will be charged to the customer. For measurements, refer to the measurements table available at the bottom of the home page. Each return must be authorized after contacting the staff via email / telephone.
